1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbbajee ("hbbajee", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using the hbbajee website, mobile application or any associated service, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the hbbajee platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings, will be forfeited.

4 Deposits

hbbajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile money services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hbbajee reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary.

Deposits are credited to your hbbajee wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 10 minutes of the transaction completing on your mobile money app, contact hbbajee support via live chat with your transaction reference number. hbbajee will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit issues within 24 hours.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from hbbajee are processed to the same mobile money account used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. hbbajee does not charge any withdrawal fees. Under normal conditions, withdrawals are completed within five minutes of the request being submitted.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, hbbajee may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. You may be asked to confirm your mobile number via OTP or provide additional information to verify that the withdrawal destination account belongs to you.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hbbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus on hbbajee, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The hbbajee welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically — no code is required. 7 Game Rules and Fair Play

9 Account Suspension and Closure

hbbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity verification failure or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, hbbajee will notify the player via their registered contact details. • If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
